Those of you who have been with us since the beginning of our podcast or have attended Metro Community Church are probably well-acquainted with our emphasis on advocating for those who are “in the margins.” Nevertheless, in light of recent circumstances, we felt it was appropriate and necessary to have another conversation about this “theology of the poor” that seems to be everywhere in Jesus’ teaching.
